 Share platters brought to your table, or offered as finger food, consisting of;



  • Garlic & Herb breads

  • Fresh local oysters with pink finger lime aioli

  • Tempura  prawns with my tartare sauce.

  • Vietnamese rice paper rolls of prawn, Asian herbs & crisp greens, our my dipping sauces.

  • Hand made Indian lentil patties with flat bread, rice, minted yoghurt, my chutney & salad.

  • Steamed pork & prawn wontons, hand made with a selection of our house dipping sauces.

Fresh locally caught fish fillet (Jewfish, Snapper or equivalent depending on availability) baked with a  macadamia & coconut crust, with seasoned kipfler potato's.


 


Eye fillet with wine must & seeded mustard crust, topped with caramelised onion &


vintage cheddar with a roast vegetable medley & port wine jus.


 


Twice cooked pork belly with fragrant sticky rice, Asian greens and a rich aromatic sticky sauce.


 


Half spatchcock Moroccan chicken with couscous, baked aubergine


 & grilled zucchini, served with a coriander & mint yoghurt.
