Dunoon Sports Club with its large undercover modern timber deck can accommodate up to 90 people for sit down dining & enjoys a lovely rural outlook across the sports fields and children's play area. The air-conditioned interior can also accommodate 90 guests comfortably and if you wish to arrange a band there  is a band area & dance floor. Both inside & out have easy wheel chair access.


 


Scott & Kristin have been operating Mayfields restaurant for 5 years now and enjoy an excellent reputation for food & hospitality. We source only the best quality produce (locally where ever possible) & love to create dishes that give our customers real gastronomic enjoyment and value for money.

Please note the club can not accommodate functions on Thursday or Friday evenings due to commitment to it's members, however the club will open outside of its normal hours in order to accommodate functions of over 20 people.


 


Following is a selection of different function menus that we offer. If there is anything different or extra special that you require, please contact us to discuss your requirements, especially regarding any special dietary needs such as Vegetarian or Gluten free dishes.


 


We do also offer an outside catering service where we can cater for your function at another venue such as a residence or hall. Menus for outside catering are tailored to the specific venue and its available resources, so please enquire if you require catering services at a different venue and we can arrange a menu & quote that suits your needs and budget.


 


Wedding Function Fees





 

 $15 per guest is charged for the set up of a wedding banquet


 This includes:


 


1.            Two staff members 5 hours labour for banquet set up.


  


2.           Laundered and pressed white linen table set up.


 


3.            Polished cutlery and glassware placement.


 


 4.           Setting of specific guest placement table allocations.


 


 5.           Placement of your table decorations.


 


6.           Banquet area decorations.


 


 7.          Bridle table – including drapery.


 


8.           Decorated cake & gift table


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


CONDITIONS!!


 


Please note the below conditions apply to all of the  functions


 


30% of Total function value must be paid 72hrs prior


to the function date


 


Final number of guests must be advised to us 24hrs prior


to the function date*


 


Any remaining balance must be paid to us on the function day PRIOR to the commencement of the catering


 


*The number of guests you advise us of 24hrs prior to commencement of the function is the  number of guests you will be charged for,


therefore please try and obtain confirmation of attendance


from all guests prior to this final advice.
