- Chilled medium King Prawns (1kg per 10 guests)
- Davidson Plum glazed leg ham
- A selection of our own relishes & pickles
- Full condiment set of mustards, & our special Finger Lime Aioli
- Mature cheddar cheese
- Fresh baked assorted bread rolls.

The Mediterranean Table
Antipasto platters.
Great for informal gatherings where you wish to impress guests with an array
of delicious Mediterranean delights that do not require a formal setting. A selection of fresh Continental breads & a variety of condiments accompany these platters.
With a wide range of vegetables and meats (served separately) these platters should
delight both vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
Platters feature an array of produce from Lismore Farmers Market including:
- A mouth-watering selection of char-grilled vegetables,
- Assorted local olives
- Marinated Goats fetta
- Marinated mushrooms
- Roasted capsicum
- Hommos, Tzatziki
- Slow roasted tomato's
Meat platters feature:
- Greek style Meze baby Octopus
- Grilled Chorizo
- Grilled Haloumi
- Prosciutto
- Salamis

Featuring a selection of popular pastries and fried products, great for those who
want to enjoy a few drinks in an informal & highly sociable environment.
All brought out on platters over the duration of your event. Platters will feature:
- Crumbed Calamari with our classic Tartare sauce & lemon wedges.
- Party pies & Sausage rolls with a selection of sauces
- Potato wedges with sour cream & sweet chilli sauce
- Mini quiches hot & tasty straight from the oven
- Crumbed Chicken Breast wedges with our special Aioli
- Battered fish goujons with tartare sauce & lemon

Create your own menu by selecting 4 of the below options. If you would like
to add extra choices to your selection this is possible for an extra $5 per head.
- Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef & our own tomato apple & bush pepper relish
- Smoked Salmon Roulade with our unique & delightful Finger lime Aioli.
- Prawn skewers with chefs Davidson plum sweet chilli sauce
- Barramundi goujons in our special tempura batter served with chefs classic tartare sauce & lemon wedges
- Prawn & Pork wontons made on the premises & served with Mayfields soy, honey, lemon myrtle & rainforest honey dipping sauce.
- Tempura garlic prawn cutlets with a selection of our dipping sauces
- Smoked Ocean Trout & Ricotta Crostini
- (V) Caramelised onion & goats cheese tartlets.

Please choose two meals from the below options to be served alternately;
- Fresh Chicken Breast Schnitzel with salad, chips, & our finger lime aioli.
- Fish & chips. Our renowned house battered fish fillet with thick cut chips, salad & our classic tartare sauce.
- Grilled chicken breast fillet with a cream leek & mustard sauce, mashed potato & steamed vegetables. (Gluten Free)
- 200gram prime yearling rump steak cooked to medium & served with chips, salad & gravy.
- Vegetarian tart of fetta cheese, leek, tomato & basil, made on the premises using fresh & locally grown ingredients & served with salad.
